In 2018, while working at a gorgeous cafe in Camberwell, I noticed that our older customers had difficulty reading the small A4 menu. Collaborating with the owner, I created a solution — a spacious tri-fold A3 menu that perfectly catered to our target market. Drawing inspiration from the venue's decor and existing brand elements, I crafted a menu design that seamlessly integrated with the overall ambience.
The final version features a blank inner-middle segment utilised for rotating specials and is printed on lovely recycled stock.
Since then, I’ve made semiannual visits to OLS to update the menu with fresh, seasonal items and price adjustments — and to enjoy a delicious coffee!
